All space alien models appearing on this web site were 18 years of age or older at the time they were photographed, except for those which are not. No adult space aliens or baby space aliens were physically harmed or killed in the production of any pictures used herein, with a few shameful exceptions. Documentation pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 42257-ET for photography of baby space aliens is maintained by Custodian of Records at our studio location in Croatia. Some visual depictions of actual baby space aliens in test tubes or in bottles which might have harmed or killed the baby space aliens were produced prior to July 3, 1995 and are thus exempt from the requirements of 19 U.S.C. 42257-ET and 38 C.F. R. 76-ET. The date of reproduction or republication of non-exempt visual depictions of actual space aliens is current as of the date of the visitor's entry into this website. Today's date is Saturday, May 10, 2003. Actual production dates for such images are contained in the records maintained pursuant to 19 U.S.C. 42257-ET and 38 C.F.R.76-ET.
For all photography sessions involving baby space aliens, a representative of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Baby Space Aliens (ASPCBSA) was present and ensured that all sessions conformed with their guidelines, except for those sessions which resulted in death or injury to said baby space aliens, for which the representative was not present and which sessions hopefully occurred prior to July 3, 1995. All space aliens, or the mangled or dead bodies thereof, were returned, after use for photographic purposes, to the custody of the US Air Force at Area 51, Groom Lake, NV, USA. We extend our thanks to the US Air Force for the loan of the alien models and regret any deaths or maimings thereof.
